You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register a ind96 account. One account per person — duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed.
ind96 supports IDR deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and USDT/BTC. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC verification applies above threshold amounts.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts or automated betting — will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

Age Verification: ind96 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Member is found to be under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited. To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. ind96 permits only one Account per person, per household, and per device. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether using the same or different identity information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ind96 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. ind96 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. You must notify ind96 immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
ind96 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds or where unusual activity is detected. Accepted documents include a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period requested by ind96 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality on your Account.
Accuracy of Information: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
ind96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations. ind96 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:
All IDR transactions are processed at face value. For cryptocurrency deposits, the IDR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time the deposit is credited to your Account. ind96 displays live IDR equivalents in your Account dashboard for all cryptocurrency balances. Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for a dispute or reversal.
Same-Method Withdrawal Policy: For anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be returned to the same payment source used for deposits. ind96 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems unusual in size or frequency.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ind96 are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time the bonus is offered. Where a conflict exists between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds awarded by ind96 must be wagered a minimum of ten times (10×) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Certain game types — including, but not limited to, low-edge table games and togel straight bets — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit only. Reload bonuses and other recurring promotions are subject to individual eligibility criteria published with each promotion. ind96 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.
ind96 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation:
Where ind96 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without notice.
All bets are accepted at ind96's sole discretion. ind96 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time and without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until accepted by the ind96 system and a confirmation reference is displayed to the Member.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in odds or payouts being offered that are materially incorrect, ind96 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price are not valid and will not be paid.
Sports betting markets — including Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the ind96 Sportsbook section. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, settlement will follow the rules published for the relevant sport and competition. BRI Liga 1 fixtures are settled based on official results published by the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI).
ind96 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier. Details of applicable maximum payouts are published within the relevant betting markets. ind96's liability to any single Member for any single event shall not exceed the published maximum payout for that event.
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the ind96 Services:
Consequences: Any engagement in prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
All content on the ind96 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of ind96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the ind96 Platform without the prior written consent of ind96. Any unauthorised use of ind96's intellectual property will result in termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action.
ind96's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the ind96 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
ind96 collects personal data that is necessary to provide the Services, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer obligations. ind96 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors and KYC service providers is shared solely to the extent necessary to provide the relevant service and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.
The ind96 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ind96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ind96's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the total net amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ind96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if ind96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ind96 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, internet service disruptions, or natural disasters.

ind96 reserves the right to impose limits on any Account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, regardless of whether the Member has requested such limits. Any verified balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions have been met and no outstanding bonuses are pending resolution.

When material changes are made, ind96 will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.
Your continued use of the Services following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Services and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ind96 holds its international operating licence.
In the event of a dispute, ind96 encourages Members to contact the customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of a written complaint being submitted to ind96, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve the status quo pending the outcome of arbitration.
